2. Scan results never leave your computer
CleanMyWin analyses your disks locally. The names, paths and sizes of your files and folders are not transmitted anywhere and are not collected by us.
3. What we collect

4. Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not load third-party analytics; visits are counted by our own server without cookies. The browser's local storage only remembers your language choice.
5. Sharing
- The payment provider receives the data needed to process a payment.
- The hosting provider stores the website and the database on its servers.
- The email delivery service is used to send you the key.
- We do not sell data and do not share it for advertising.
6. Storage period
- Download and installation statistics - up to 12 months.
- Purchase records and emails - as long as the licence is valid and as required by tax law.
- Support correspondence - up to 3 years.
7. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, its correction or deletion by writing to support@cleanmywin.online. We answer within 30 days. Deleting purchase data makes it impossible to restore or transfer your licence.

We publish every new version of this policy on this page with the update date.
