Terms of use

Last updated: 16.09.2026. This document is a public offer. Paying for a CleanMyWin licence means you accept these terms in full.

1. Parties and definitions

• Support email: support@cleanmywin.online
• “Program” - the CleanMyWin software for Windows 10 and 11.
• “Licence” - the right to use the Program on one computer, confirmed by an activation key.
• “User” - any person who downloads the Program or buys a Licence.
• “Website” - https://cleanmywin.online.

2. Subject

The Seller grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Program within the limits of the chosen plan. The Program is a disk space analyzer: it shows how storage is used and deletes objects selected by the User to the Windows Recycle Bin. Ownership of the Program remains with the Seller.

3. Trial period

The Program can be used free of charge for 24 hours from its first launch on a computer. After the trial ends, further use requires a Licence.

4. Price and payment

• The price of a lifetime Licence is $9.99 (≈ 921 ₽), paid once. Current prices are published on the Pricing page.
• Payment is made by bank card through a payment provider. The Seller does not receive or store card details.
• The obligation to pay is fulfilled when the funds are credited by the payment provider.

5. Delivery of the licence

After successful payment the activation key is sent to the email address provided by the User, normally within a few minutes. The Licence is considered delivered once the email is sent. If the key has not arrived, the User contacts support and the Seller resends it.

6. Licence scope

• One key activates the Program on one computer.
• The Licence has no expiry date and covers future versions of the Program.
• On changing the computer the Seller transfers the Licence at the User's request.
• It is not allowed to publish, resell or distribute keys, or to modify or decompile the Program to bypass licensing.

7. Refunds

The User may request a full refund within 14 days of payment by writing to support@cleanmywin.online from the email used at purchase. No reason is required. The refund is made to the original payment method; crediting time depends on the User's bank and usually takes 5-10 business days. After a refund the key is deactivated.

8. User responsibility

The User chooses which files and folders to delete. The Program moves deleted objects to the Windows Recycle Bin, from where they can be restored until the bin is emptied. The Seller is not liable for data loss caused by the User's decision to delete files or empty the Recycle Bin.

9. Limitation of liability

The Program is provided “as is”. The Seller makes reasonable efforts to keep it working correctly and fixes reported defects, but does not guarantee compatibility with every hardware and software configuration. The Seller's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Licence.

10. Changes and disputes

The Seller may update these terms by publishing a new version on the Website; the terms in force at the time of purchase apply to that purchase. Disputes are resolved through negotiation by email first, and otherwise under the laws of the Russian Federation.
